Papers and Presentations

The accepted papers will be organized for presentation and discussion in topical sessions, as is standard for the UNITECR Congress.

Speakers will be notified about acceptance or rejection of their paper by end of January　2011. All accepted papers will be included in the proceedings.

Manuscripts received after that date will not be included in the proceedings.　The oral presentation of the papers, in English, is limited to 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions and discussion.　

UNITECR strongly encourages speakers to make their presentation using computer projection equipment, which the congress organizers will provide in each session room.　The speakers are responsible for their own costs/expenses for the meeting.
