Cancellation
The registration fee will be refunded only for cancellations received in writing to the Secretariat.
Cancellation policy:
1. Presenters
Presenters are required to pay the registration fee by the deadline for
submission of the final paper (June 30th, 2011).
Without the payment, no submission is allowed.
There is no refund of the registration fee after the submission of the final
papers.
2. Other participants
A cancellation of the registration will be subject to the following cancellation fees.
- Through October 24th, 2011 … No cancellation fee (100% refund)
- After October 25th through 29th, 2011 … 50% of the registration fee (50% refund)
- After October 30th … 100% of the registration fee (No refund)
